Integrations is one door for the systems behind your hotel, as opposed to the channels your guests use, which are under Communication.

What is on the screen

A tab per system, each one individually linkable so you can send a colleague straight to it: Each tab shows its own state and what is needed next.
You may not see every tab. They are granted separately — somebody who handles payments and nothing else opens on the payments tab and sees only that. If a tab this page describes is missing from your screen, it is your access rather than a fault.

What you do here

1

Open the tab for the system you are connecting

Each has its own steps, and the tab states them.
2

Read the state before acting

Connected, needs attention, and not set up are three different situations. The screen distinguishes them rather than showing one badge.
3

Ask us for the parts we do

Several of these connections are completed by Hotel Linkage with your credentials rather than by you alone. Where that is the case, the tab says so.

What happens next

A connected PMS means guests appear on Active Guests as your hotel checks them in, without your team entering them twice. Connected payments means a booking can be paid for, and a payment link can be sent from Reservations. A connected channel manager carries rates and availability both ways — which is why a price you set by hand on Price & Availability can be replaced when it next sends an update.
