Response History is the record of drafts. Every reply generated on Response AI is kept here, beside the review it was written for.
These are drafts, not sent messages. A reply appears here the moment it is generated, whether or not you copied it, and whether or not it ever reached a guest. This screen cannot tell you what was published — only what was written.

What is on the screen

A list of entries, each pairing the guest review with the AI response drafted for it, along with the platform it was written for and when. There is a search, and a filter by platform. What is stored is the generated version. If you edited the draft on Response AI before copying it, the edit is not saved back here — this screen holds what was written for you, not what you made of it.

What you do here

1

Find a draft you generated earlier

Search for the guest or the wording. Faster than generating it a second time.
2

Check what was previously generated for a repeat reviewer

A guest who reviews twice should not be answered with the same sentence twice.
3

Read a month of drafts together

Individually each one sounds fine. Together they show whether the drafts you are working from have one voice or five.

What happens next

Nothing changes from this screen. If a draft here reads better than the one you sent, that is a signal about your default tone, which lives under Reviews.
