Archived Requests is where a request goes once it is finished. It is the record of what your hotel was asked for and what happened.
What is on the screen
A table, with a column for the guest, the room, the category, the priority, the status it ended in, and when it was created. Each row carries an action.
There is a search across name, room, and description.
What you do here
Look up something that has been dealt with
Search by room or by what was asked. This is the screen to open when a guest says they asked for something yesterday.
Restore a request that was closed too early
Choose Restore request on the row. It returns to the working board so it can be finished properly.
Restore is for a mistake, not for a repeat. If the guest is asking again, file a new request — a restored one carries the original’s history and timings, and reusing it makes the record read as though the first job took days.
What happens next
A restored request reappears on Active Requests and is worked like any other. Everything else on this screen is history: it feeds the numbers in Analytics, and it stays attached to the guest’s record in Profiles.
