AI Dashboard is where a shift starts. It shows the state of your hotel now, and it opens with what your AI staff have surfaced rather than making you go looking.

What is on the screen

Recep’s briefing

The first thing on the page: a greeting, today’s date, and a short read of your hotel in Recep’s own words.
The briefing is a starting point, not a complete handover. It reports a few things it can see and says nothing about the rest. Treat it as the first place to look, then check the areas below — it is not a substitute for reading your own boards.

The numbers

A row of counts for the shift:

The areas

One tinted box per area, each fronted by the specialist who works it.
  • Guest RequestsNew, In progress, Done today, plus two tools: the Access Code guests verify their stay with, and the Live Board link for a back-office screen.
  • Reservations — a 14-day chart of bookings per day, with revenue in the tooltip, beside today’s arrivals as named guests, so a number and the people behind it sit side by side. Below it: Booked today, Arriving today, Arriving tomorrow.
  • Guest Reviewsyour rating against the nearby average over time, with your own line drawn solid and the neighbourhood muted for context, plus the review still waiting for an answer with a Response AI draft one tap away. Alongside: New this month, Awaiting reply, Positive.
  • Marketing and Event Inquiries sit in a row underneath, each showing what is waiting.

Active Guests, the second view

If your account covers Guests, a control at the top of the page switches between Overview and Active Guests. That second view shows the guests your AI staff are serving as tiles grouped by floor, marked for VIP and Departing today, with filters for All active, Departing today, Open request, and Bad review.
This is not a room rack. It shows the guests RecepAI is serving — not every room in the building. An empty room is not missing from this board; it was never on it.If your account does not cover Guests, the switch is not there and the page is the Overview alone.

What you do here

1

Read the briefing, then look past it

It points you at something specific. What it does not mention is not the same as nothing being there.
2

Use the counts as a check, not a task list

A number that looks wrong is the reason to open an area. A number that looks normal saves you the trip.
3

Open the area that needs you

Each box links into its own screen. Work happens there, not here.
4

Switch to Active Guests when you need a person, not a number

Use it when someone at the desk asks about a guest, or to see who is leaving today at a glance.
On a phone, the Access Code is on this page. It appears as a tile on small screens so a colleague on the floor can read a guest the code without opening Settings.

What happens next

The board follows your hotel as it changes — a completed request, an arriving review, a newly activated guest — so you normally do not need to reload it. If a figure looks stale after something you know happened, reload the page. Your dashboard may have fewer boxes than this page describes. Each area appears only if your account covers it, and if it covers none of them you are sent to your own first screen instead. That is your access, not a fault; see Overview.
