What is on the screen
A period at the top, then per broadcast:Revenue is shown per currency and never converted. Two currencies are two figures, not one total — a converted number would depend on a rate nobody on this screen chose.
What you do here
1
Read the chain, not one number
Delivered, opened, clicked and booked fail in different places. A high delivery with no clicks and a low delivery are different problems.
2
Look into a high bounce count
Bounced means the message was refused. An address that no longer exists is the common cause, but it is not the only one — the count tells you to go looking, not what you will find.
3
Compare like with like
Two broadcasts to different audiences are not a fair comparison, however similar the message was.
Bookings here are a narrow, deliberate count. They are guests who clicked this message and booked through RecepAI within seven days — not every booking that happened afterwards. A guest who read the message, thought about it for a fortnight and then phoned you is not in this figure — and a guest who would have booked anyway, but clicked first, is.
