You move between the two from the sidebar. The AI Manager link sits at the top of the Front Desk menu, and it appears only if your account covers that workspace. Many front-desk accounts are deliberately given this workspace alone.
What is in this workspace
AI Dashboard
The shift board. Recep opens with what needs you, then the numbers, then each area.
Guests
Who your AI staff are serving now, who has left, and the record you keep of each person.
Guest Requests
Everything a guest has asked for, on a board your team moves through to done.
Guest Reviews
What guests said afterwards, and how you reply.
Guerrilla Reservation
Your own booking surface: the rooms, the rates, the offers, and the bookings they produce.
Event Inquiries
People asking about a dinner, a wedding, a group — guests you do not have yet.
Marketing
Reaching guests on purpose: win-backs, audiences, broadcasts, and the consent behind them.
Settings
How this workspace is configured — rooms, guest access, request types, channels, integrations.
Your menu may be shorter than this
The sidebar shows only the areas your account covers. A colleague who handles requests and nothing else sees a one-section menu; a revenue manager sees the reservation areas and not the guest board. This is a setting, not a fault. Access is granted per person, per area, and a manager changes it under Team members in the AI Manager workspace. If an area described here is missing from your menu, ask whoever manages your accounts rather than looking for it in a different place. Two words that mean two different things. Your staff activate a guest — that opens AI service for the person in a room. A guest verifies — that is the guest proving who they are. Neither is a hotel check-in: your PMS still owns that, and RecepAI never asks your team to do it twice.
