Guest Access is how a guest starts talking to your AI staff without anybody at the desk doing it for them. It holds the access code, a link, and a QR poster you can print.

What is on the screen

The current access code, six digits, with New code in counting down to when it changes on its own. Copy Link for the address a guest can open directly, and Download Poster for a printable sheet — headed Meet your AI receptionist — with the QR code on it. The QR and the link both open the verification page. They do not sign a guest in on their own: the guest still enters the access code and completes the steps there. Change Code replaces the current code immediately, behind a confirmation.

What you do here

1

Put the poster where guests are

Reception, the lift, the room. The QR is the shortest path a guest has to your AI staff.
2

Read the code out when somebody asks at the desk

It is also on the AI Dashboard on a phone, so a colleague on the floor does not have to come here.
3

Change the code when you have a reason

A printed sheet left somewhere it should not be, a code shared beyond your guests.
Changing the code does not break your posters. The QR points at the verification page, not at a particular code, so printed sheets keep working. What changes is the six digits a guest types — so reprint anything that has the code itself printed on it.The old code keeps working for a short while afterwards, so a guest half-way through verifying is not locked out mid-step.

What happens next

A guest who opens the QR or the link and completes verification there reaches your AI staff themselves — the same result as your team activating them on Active Guests, without your team doing it. Your access code changes automatically on its own schedule; the countdown on this screen is how long the current one has left.
