General Settings is the small one. It tells you which account you are signed in as, and points at the screens that live in the other workspace.

What is on the screen

Logged In As — your name, your email and your role, alongside your Hotel Slug. A door to the AI Manager workspace, and shortcuts to three screens inside it: Team Members, Billing & Add-ons, and Notifications.

What you do here

1

Check which account you are on

Worth doing on a shared front-desk machine before you change anything anywhere.
2

Go to Team Members to change who can see what

Access is granted per person and per area. That screen is where a colleague’s missing menu is fixed.
3

Use Notifications for who gets told what

Which alerts leave your hotel, and over which channels, is set there rather than here.
The shortcuts appear only if your account covers them. If Team Members, Billing & Add-ons and Notifications are not here, they are not yours to open — a manager on your account has them.

What happens next

Nothing changes from this screen. It is a signpost: what it points at, and who is allowed there, is decided in the AI Manager workspace.
