A list of what she is able to do in a conversation, beyond finding an answer in your library — filing a request for your team, taking a booking, remembering a preference a guest asks her to keep, collecting how a stay is going, handing a guest over to a person. Hotel Photos shows guests photos of your rooms, pool, restaurant and other places, and your property map, right in your web chat. It appears in the list once your Photos library has photos she can show. If a skill is not listed, it is not one she has.How it works
