Receptionist is where you manage your employee. Who she is, how she talks on each channel, and what she is able to do all live here.

Profile

Who she is. Her identity is built from your Training library — you review it, name her, and publish.

Chat

How she behaves when a guest types: her personality, how she hands over to your team, and what you consider a good conversation.

Voice

How she behaves on a call: her voice, her greeting, and the standards she is judged against.

Skills

What she can do beyond answering, and which levers of her behaviour belong to you.

The order these happen in

1

Her identity comes first

She reads your Training library and proposes an identity. Nothing else on these screens works properly until that is published, because her identity is what every channel starts from.
2

Then you adjust each channel

Chat and Voice share her identity but not her manner. Reading and listening follow different rules, so each has its own settings.
3

Skills shows you the result

What she can do follows from which specialists your hotel has. Skills is where you see the outcome, and where you check which lever lives on which screen.
Facts belong in Training, not here. These screens set behaviour — her tone, her manner, her limits. What she knows about your hotel belongs in Training. If you find yourself typing your breakfast hours into a personality box, that fact belongs in a document instead, where every channel can reach it and you can update it in one place.
