Booking incentive is the month-by-month record for hotels that have agreed incentive terms with us — an arrangement where part of what you pay is tied to the bookings your AI staff actually brought in.
This tab appears once those terms exist. If your hotel has not agreed any, there is nothing here to read.
What is on the screen
One row per month, each showing:
- The month it covers
- The amount for that month
- Its state — paid, awaiting payment, or still being worked out
- Pay now and a PDF, on a month that is waiting
A month is closed after it ends, not while it is running. A month still in progress is not a bill yet.
What you do here
Check the month
The row tells you the period and the amount.
Open the PDF if you want the detail
It is the document your finance team will want.
Pay from the row itself
Pay now opens the payment page for that month. You do not need to go looking for it elsewhere.
Where the bookings themselves are. This tab is the money record. The bookings behind it live in your Front Desk workspace, under Reservations.
If a month looks wrong, tell us before you pay it. It is far easier to check a month while it is fresh than to unpick it afterwards.
What happens next
A month you pay moves to paid and stops asking for attention. Months already settled stay on the list as your record.
