Invoices is your hotel’s own record of what has been billed and what is still owed.

What is on the screen

Invoices grouped by year, newest first. Each row carries its date, its amount, its state, and a PDF. Anything still awaiting payment carries Pay now and is drawn to your attention above the list, so you do not have to scan for it. A settled invoice sits quietly. That is deliberate — on a healthy screen, the only thing standing out should be the thing that needs you.

Manage payment method

Where you add or change the card your hotel pays with. How an invoice is actually collected depends on the arrangement agreed with your hotel — some are charged to the card, others are issued for you to pay. A card on file does not by itself mean everything settles automatically, so keep reading the list rather than assuming.

What you do here

1

Pay what is awaiting

The strip above the list tells you if anything is. Pay now takes you straight to it.
2

Download what your accountant needs

Every row has its PDF.
3

Keep the card current

A card that has expired turns a routine month into a chase.
If a row says something needs looking at, it means the invoice is in a state we cannot settle automatically. Tell us and we will sort it out — it is a conversation, not a button.

What happens next

A paid invoice moves out of the attention strip and settles into the list with its PDF. Whether a later invoice needs action from you depends on your hotel’s collection arrangement. The attention strip is the honest signal: if something is waiting, it appears there.
