Setting it up
1
Open Import from Notion
On the Training screen, choose Import from Notion.
2
Sign in and choose what to share
Notion asks which pages this connection may read, and you choose them. Notion controls that boundary, not us — if you are unsure what a selection covers, check it in Notion’s own sharing settings.
3
Pick the pages to import
Your Notion Library appears. Select the pages worth having in the library, and import.
4
Read what arrived
Imported pages are a starting point. Check them the same way you would check anything else you upload.
Keeping it up to date
Notion changes do not appear by themselves. When your team edits a page in Notion, come back to Training and bring the change across. Two things the screen will tell you:Where to edit
In Notion. An imported page offers two actions here — Edit in Notion, which opens the page where it lives, and View & Sync, which shows you what is in the library and brings across changes. The content itself is not edited on this screen. That is deliberate: Notion stays the single version of the truth, and your team keeps one habit instead of two. What to import
The same judgement as anything else — see What to upload. Notion pages tend to carry a few extra things worth removing:- Internal task lists, owners and deadlines
- Draft sections nobody has finished
- Meeting notes that happen to sit next to the useful page
- Anything a guest should not read
