# Your page on otel.direct

> Your hotel's own page on otel.direct, where Journey sells your rooms — what it needs before guests can see it, its address, and publishing it.

**Your page on otel.direct** answers one question: *can guests find and book your hotel on otel.direct — and if not yet, what stands in the way?* otel.direct is Hotel Linkage's own site, where Journey, your AI travel agent, sells your rooms at your own prices and terms. The menu entry sits under **Travel Agent**.

The page guests see is built from what you already keep in RecepAI: your rooms and their photos, the nights you sell, your facilities, your address, your Google rating and the text about your hotel you approve. Nothing on it is written without you.

## What is on the screen

The title carries a chip — **Published** or **Not published** — and a sentence under it that says where the page stands: *almost ready* with how many things are left, *ready to publish*, or *live*.

### Your page's address

Your hotel's own address on otel.direct, with **Copy link**. Before you publish it is reserved for you; once the page is live the section says since when, and **Open your page** opens it in a new tab.

### Where your hotel is

The address guests read on your page, with a map and the way there. If your hotel is connected to Google, the section shows **Google's address** and asks *Is this right?* — **Yes, that's right** confirms it, **Change** lets you type it. Otherwise you type the address yourself and **Save address**. Once confirmed, the section says which address it is (*Google's address* or *Typed by you*) and when it was confirmed.

### About your hotel

A short text under your hotel's name, which Journey writes from your facilities and you approve. It has a page of its own: [About your hotel](https://docs.recepai.ai/front-desk/travel-agent/about.md).

### Before you publish

The list of what your page is built from — headed **On your page** once it is live. Every line has a word for its state and, where it has one, a button to its fix:

| State | What it means |
| - | - |
| **Done** | This part of your page is in place. |
| **To do** | Needed before guests can see your page. A line marked to do on a live page is not shown until it is done. |
| **Optional** | Not needed to publish; it makes the page better. |

The lines, in order:

| Line | Needed to publish | Where its fix is |
| - | - | - |
| **Online booking** | Yes | Hunter or Clerk switched on, on [Rooms](https://docs.recepai.ai/front-desk/guerrilla/rooms.md). otel.direct lists only hotels that sell online. |
| **Rooms** (or *A room guests can book*) | Yes | A room open to guests, with at least one photo. A room without a photo is not shown. |
| **Nights guests can book** | Yes | Prices and availability on the [Calendar](https://docs.recepai.ai/front-desk/guerrilla/calendar.md). The line says, room by room, on how many of the coming nights guests can book. |
| **Where your hotel is** | Yes | The address section on this page. |
| **Hotel facilities** | Yes | [Hotel facilities](https://docs.recepai.ai/front-desk/travel-agent/facilities.md). |
| **About your hotel** | No | [About your hotel](https://docs.recepai.ai/front-desk/travel-agent/about.md), on this page. |
| **Photos of the hotel** | No | [Photos](https://docs.recepai.ai/front-desk/settings/photos.md). Until you add some, the first room's photo is the cover. |
| **Languages** | No | The languages of your [Widget](https://docs.recepai.ai/ai-manager/widget.md). |
| **Your Google rating and reviews** | No | Your Google connection, under [Guest Feedback settings](https://docs.recepai.ai/front-desk/settings/reviews.md). |
| **Prices on otel.direct** | No | [Strategies](https://docs.recepai.ai/front-desk/guerrilla/strategies.md). The line names any strategy bound to other channels only — it is not applied to guests on otel.direct until you add otel.direct to its channels. |

### Publish your page · Take your page down

Before the page is live: **Publish page**, which stays unavailable until every line marked to do is done. Once it is live: **Take the page down**.

## What you do here

**1. Work through the lines marked To do**

Each line says what is missing and has a button to the screen where you fix it. Come back here when you are done — the list shows what is true now.

**2. Confirm where your hotel is**

Under **Where your hotel is**, press **Yes, that's right** if Google's address is right, or type the address as guests should read it and press **Save address**.

**3. Approve the text about your hotel**

Optional, but it is the first thing guests read under your name. See [About your hotel](https://docs.recepai.ai/front-desk/travel-agent/about.md).

**4. Press Publish page**

The button becomes available once every required line is done. Copy your page's address with **Copy link** and put it on your social profiles and in your messages.

**5. Take the page down if you need to**

Press **Take the page down**, then **Take it down**. You can publish again at any time.

> [!NOTE]
>
> You need edit access to the reservations setup to confirm the address, approve the text or publish. Without it you see the list and the page's state, and a note says who can publish.

## Your page in your guests' languages

Your page speaks the language of the guest who opens it, and a guest can switch languages from the button at the top of the page. Where you have written your own words in a language — a room's text, the text about your hotel — guests read yours. Everything else Journey translates; in a language your [Widget](https://docs.recepai.ai/ai-manager/widget.md) does not carry, the page says it was translated.

Prices, dates and times are written from your own figures, in the guest's language, and never translated. Google's reviews are shown as their writers wrote them, with a link to read them on Google.

## What happens next

* **When you publish**, your page's address opens for everyone and your hotel is listed on otel.direct. Journey sells your rooms there at your own prices and terms, and a booking made on otel.direct is recorded as Journey's.
* **When you change something the page is built from** — a room's photos, a price on the Calendar, a facility, your address, the text about your hotel — guests see the change within a few minutes. You do not publish again.
* **When you take the page down**, guests stop finding your hotel on otel.direct within a minute. Bookings already made stay as they are.
