# Hotel facilities

> What guests can use at your hotel, what you arrange for them and your house rules — confirmed once, shown on your page on otel.direct.

**Hotel facilities** is where you say what guests can use at your hotel, what you can arrange for them, and your house rules. Your page on otel.direct shows only what you keep here — anything you leave out is simply not mentioned, never shown as missing. Confirming it once is needed before you can publish [your page](https://docs.recepai.ai/front-desk/travel-agent/your-page.md). The menu entry sits under **Travel Agent**.

## What is on the screen

The title carries a chip — **Confirmed** or **Not confirmed yet**.

### What guests can use

The facilities guests look for most, each one a button you tick. **Show all … facilities** opens the full list, grouped. Tick only what every guest can use — whether a room has something is said on its own room page.

Journey can read your training materials and propose what they say: **Ask Journey to look** (on a page you have confirmed, **Look again**). The facilities it finds come back ticked, each with the sentence it found it in, under *Journey found … in your training materials. Are they right?* — and the rest of the list stays under **Anything else?**. Reading can take up to a minute and a half for a hotel with many materials. Nothing Journey proposes is saved until you save.

### Say a little more

For a facility guests ask about — whether Wi-Fi or parking costs extra, where the pool is — a small question beside it. Guests read your answer beside the facility. **Not said** shows just its name: the page never says *free* on its own.

### Things you arrange for guests

Short names, in the language you write in, for what you can arrange: a balloon tour, a valley walk, a cooking class. **Add one** opens a box; **Add** puts the name on the list, and each name can be removed. On your page, each one is a button that asks Journey for the details, so a guest can book it in the chat. Nothing here says *included*.

### House rules

What guests read under *Good to know*: **Check-out until** and **Pets**. A rule left as *Not said yet* is not said on the page. The check-in time comes from **Settings → Payments**, and the section links there.

### Save facilities

One button saves the whole screen.

## What you do here

**1. Press Ask Journey to look**

Optional, and a good start: Journey reads your training materials and ticks what they say, each with its sentence. Read them and untick anything that is not right.

**2. Tick what every guest can use**

Press a facility to tick or untick it. **Show all … facilities** opens the full list.

**3. Say a little more where guests ask**

Answer the small questions under **Say a little more**, or leave them as **Not said**.

**4. List the things you arrange**

Press **Add one**, type a short name and press **Add**.

**5. Set your house rules**

Choose until when guests check out, and whether pets are welcome.

**6. Press Save facilities**

The chip turns to **Confirmed**, and the **Hotel facilities** line on Your page is done.

> [!NOTE]
>
> If someone else saved this screen while you were working on it, nothing of yours is saved, and **Reload the facilities** loads what they saved.

## What happens next

* **Guests see your facilities, your arranged things and your house rules** on your page within a few minutes — the most popular facilities first, with your own words beside them, and the rest one tap away.
* **A guest who taps something you arrange** opens the chat with Journey, who answers about it.
* **Journey writes the text about your hotel from what you confirm here** — see [About your hotel](https://docs.recepai.ai/front-desk/travel-agent/about.md).
* **Without edit access** to the reservations setup you see the screen and cannot change it.
