# Integrations

> The back-office systems RecepAI connects to — your PMS, your payments, your channel manager.

**Integrations** is one door for the systems behind your hotel, as opposed to the channels your guests use, which are under [Communication](/front-desk/settings/communication).

## What is on the screen

A tab per system, each one individually linkable so you can send a colleague straight to it:

| Tab                 |                                                                                                           |
| ------------------- | --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **PMS** | Your property management system, so RecepAI knows who is in the building without your team typing it |
| **Payments**        | The rail that takes a guest's money                                                                       |
| **Channel Manager** | Linkage CRS, which carries your rates and availability to the sites you sell on, and brings bookings back |

Each tab shows its own state and what is needed next.

<Note>
  **You may not see every tab.** They are granted separately — somebody who handles payments and nothing else opens on the payments tab and sees only that. If a tab this page describes is missing from your screen, it is your access rather than a fault.

## What you do here

<Steps>
  <Step title="Open the tab for the system you are connecting">
    Each has its own steps, and the tab states them.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Read the state before acting">
    Connected, needs attention, and not set up are three different situations. The screen distinguishes them rather than showing one badge.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Ask us for the parts we do">
    Several of these connections are completed by Hotel Linkage with your credentials rather than by you alone. Where that is the case, the tab says so.

## What happens next

**A connected PMS** means guests appear on [Active Guests](/front-desk/guests/active-guests) as your hotel checks them in, without your team entering them twice.

**Connected payments** means a booking can be paid for, and a payment link can be sent from [Reservations](/front-desk/guerrilla/reservations).

**A connected channel manager** carries rates and availability both ways — which is why a price you set by hand on [Price & Availability](/front-desk/guerrilla/calendar) can be replaced when it next sends an update.
