# Products & add-ons

> What your hotel has, and what you can add.

**Products & add-ons** shows what your hotel is running today and what else is available.

***

## What is on the screen

Each product is a card: its name, what it does for your hotel, and its state.

| State                 | What it means                                                    |
| --------------------- | ---------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Active**            | Running now                                                      |
| **Setting this up** | Bought, and being prepared. Nothing for you to do |
| **Needs attention** | Bought, but something is stopping it working. The card says what |
| **Not connected yet** | Bought and ready, waiting for a connection step on your side |
| A price and **Get** | Available to add |

Channels and specialists are separate things. Adding a specialist gives your hotel a new capability; switching on a channel gives your guests a new way to reach the team you already have.

  <Step title="Add what you need">

  <Step title="Act on anything that needs attention">

## What happens next

A product you add appears in your panel once payment goes through. Some are ready immediately; others need a short setup on our side, and the card tells you which.

<Tip>
  **Not sure whether something is worth adding?** Look at [Usage](/ai-manager/analytics/usage) and [Chat History](/ai-manager/analytics/chat-history) first. Real volume and real guest questions answer that better than a description does.
